My work begins with quiet transformations — a shifting self, a growing child, the familiar presences of our home. In the looseness between memory and forgetting, each portrait gathers a new form, offering an act of recognition suspended between clarity and mystery. What takes shape is less a likeness than a fleeting moment of becoming.

I live in the North Park neighborhood of Chicago with my two kids, five cats, and one shiba inu.
